Order Staying Case
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Defendants' Status Report. ECF No. 26 . Therein, Defendants explain that they have moved forward with adjudicating Plaintiff's applications which are the subject of this action. In particular, Defendants state that Plaintiff's I-131 application has been approved, and Plaintiff's interview is set for July 30, 2026 with respect to her pending I-485 application. Given these developments, the relief requested in Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction is now moot. Accordingly, upon due consideration of the parties' submissions, the pertinent portions of the record, and the relevant authorities, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction, ECF No. 7 , is DENIED AS MOOT and the hearing set for July 15, 2026 is CANCELLED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that this action is STAYED until further order of the Court. The parties shall file a joint status report every thirty (30) days regarding Defendants' progress in adjudicating the remaining application(s) at issue in this action. Either party may move to lift the stay at any time. The Clerk is directed to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this case. Signed by Judge Jacqueline Becerra (nsy)
