The Court allows a stay in this matter until December 29, 2026 or until the Eleventh Circuit rules on the Navelliers' petition for a writ of mandamus, whichever occurs first. Counsel must file a joint status report by December 29, 2026 or upon the Eleventh Circuit's ruling, whichever occurs first, and, if necessary, may seek a further stay. (EZG)
