The parties have reached a settlement and ask for 45 days to file dismissal documents. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties must file, no later than September 14, 2026, either dismissal documents or a joint status report informing the Court of the status of settlement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the trial set for August 3, 2026, and all other pending deadlines are VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Third Motion in Limine, (ECF No 78 ), is DENIED as moot.
