STIPULATION APPROVING SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL FOR APPELEES: NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree, and it is ORDERED, that: 1. The foregoing recitals are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in their entirety below. 2. R&E's request to withdraw as counsel of record for the Appellees in these cases is approved, and thus, will be removed from any applicable service lists, including the Court's CM/ECF electronic notification list, maintained in these cases. 3.
