NOTICE AND ORDER: In light of Defendants' representations in the 25 Reply to Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Expert Witness List, etc., filed by Defendants ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Company, now known as ("Chubb Insurance"), and R&H Trucking LLC, IT IS ORDERED that the 19 Motion to Amend Expert Witness Identity List, to Extend Deadlines for Expert Reports and to Continue Settlement Conference is GRANTED for good cause and as unopposed by Defendants. Plaintiff Chelsey Harris is granted leave to substitute Dr. Sean Graham for Dr. John Uhl and to add Dr. Eric Oberlander as an expert medical witness, and an amended Scheduling Order will issue, setting Plaintiff's expert report deadline to August 15, 2024, Defendants' deadline to identify experts at September 15, 2024, and Defendants' expert report deadline to October 15, 2024. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the May 23, 2024 settlement conference is CANCELED. Counsel may contact chambers to obtain dates to reschedule the settlement conference. As to the remaining issue of Plaintiff's payment of Dr. Uhl's deposition expenses to Defendants, the parties are ORDERED to confer.
