ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION TO LIFT STAY 97 by Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong. The Court, having considered the Stipulation and good cause appearing therefor, hereby GRANTS the Stipulation and ORDERS as follows: The stay of this action is LIFTED. This action shall proceed to be litigated on an individual basis as to Plaintiffs Raul Martinez and Philippe Vieux. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, the Parties shall meet and confer and file a joint status report proposing a schedule for the further conduct of this action, including proposed deadlines for the completion of any remaining discovery and for the hearing of any dispositive or other motions. Failure to file a jont status report as ordered may result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute and/or comply with the Court orders. See Fed. R.Civ. P. 41(n) (yl)
