   TEXT ORDER: The parties' 36 Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judge's consent." The Court finds that good cause exists for the requested extension. The Court notes, however, that the parties' motion proposes a July 3, 2027 deadline for the completion of all discovery, and a July 10, 2027 deadline to file dispositive motions. But the current deadlines are July 10, 2027, for the completion of discovery, and July 12, 2027, for the deadline to file dispositive motions. The Court therefore assumes that the parties do not wish to shorten the deadlines for discovery and dispositive motions. The new deadlines are as follows: Close of fact discovery deadline is now November 27, 2026; Plaintiff's experts must be disclosed on or by December 15, 2026; Plaintiff's experts may be deposed on or before February 22, 2027; Defendant's experts must be disclosed on or by January 4, 2027; Defendant's experts may be deposed on or before May 3, 2027; all discovery must be completed by July 10, 2027; Dispositive Motions are to be filed on or by January 12, 2027.
