Parties' accordingly filed ECF Nos. 14 and 15 , and this Court afforded the relief sought therein, in its orders granting consolidation (ECF No. 34 ) and appointing interim co-lead class counsel (ECF No. 37 ).
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED 8 Joint Motion is DIMISSED without prejudice as moot.
