ORDER re 18 Stipulation of the Parties and Dismissal of Less Than All Claims filed by OUTDOOR SUPPLY, INC. - The above-captioned parties stipulate as follows: 1) The Plaintiff has withdrawn all race discrimination claims asserted under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which shall be dismissed with prejudice. 2) The Complaint shall be deemed amended to remove any reference to discrimination based upon race, including but not limited to Paragraphs 1, 31, 34, 37, and 39 of the Complaint, which shall be stricken with prejudice.
