ORDER: Consistent with the parties' consent and the court's rulings at the July 10, 2026 status conference, the court AMENDS the pretrial scheduling order (doc. 159 ) as follows: Responses to motions in limine must be filed on or before July 20, 2026. The parties may file any reply brief for a motion in limine on or before July 27, 2026. The court GRANTS Plaintiff Kai Spears's request for an extension of time to respond to Defendant The New York Times's motion to exclude expert Eric Rose. Mr. Spears's response is due on or before July 22, 2026. A reply, if any, is due on or before July 29, 2026. If a deadline requires the parties to submit material by "the Friday before trial," including the deadline to submit any additional voir dire questions, the parties must submit the documents on or before August 3, 2026.
