On May 19, 2026, Defendant filed this cmTent Motion to Compel Arbitration on the basis of the two agreements executed between Plaintiff and Defendant: the Order Agreement and the Retail Installment Sale Contract ("RISC"). (See Def.'s Mot. Compel Arbitration, ECF No. 27.)Defendant also requests that the Court stay litigation while this motion is pending. For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration. All other pending motions are DENIED as MOOT. finding as moot 44 , 28 .1. This action be stayed pending arbitration. 2. This action be removed from the Court's active caseload, pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings and/or further order of this Court. 3. Parties are to file a joint status report eve1y ninety (90) days from the date of this Order until completion of arbitration. 4. Within seven (7) days from the completion of arbitration, the parties shall file a request for entry of judgment or dismissal of this action.
