MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs' motions for default judgment (Dkt. Nos. 16 ; 21 ) are DENIED without prejudice to a supplemental submission containing supplemental affidavits, exhibits and a memorandum. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs must file and serve any supplemental submission within 30 days of the date of this Decision. Any supplemental submission must include briefing and documentary evidence, in admissible form, addressing the deficiencies identified above, and any memorandum must include citations to the applicable page numbers or sections of the relevant documents. If Plaintiffs do not wish to file a supplemental submission, they must file and serve a status report within 30 days of the date of this Decision stating how they intend to proceed.
