ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' letter in response to Defendant's pre-motion conference letter in advance of a proposed motion for summary judgment. See ECF No. 46 . Although the Court's Individual Practices indicate that the parties' exhibits shall not exceed 15 pages, see Section IV.B, Plaintiffs filed an exhibit that exceeds that page limit, see ECF No. 46-4. The Court therefore strikes that exhibit from the record. Should Plaintiffs seek to re-file the exhibit, they shall do so by June 26, 2026, and they shall limit the exhibit to an excerpt not to exceed 15 pages. Ordered by Judge Hector Gonzalez on 6/24/2026.
