PAPERLESS ORDER granting 478 the Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Serve Third-Party Subpoena Prior to Rule 26(f) Conference. After review of the Motion and the attached exhibits, the Court finds good cause to allow the Plaintiff to serve a third-party subpoena on the internet service provider (hereinafter the "ISP") for IP address: 76.108.142.28 (Comcast Cable Communications, LLC). The Plaintiff shall attach a copy of this Order to the subpoena. If the ISP qualifies as a "cable operator," as defined by 47 U.S.C. § 522(5), it shall comply with 47 U.S.C. § 551(c)(2)(B) by sending a copy of this Order to the Defendant. The Plaintiff may only use the information disclosed in response to the Rule 45 subpoena for the purpose of protecting and enforcing the Plaintiff's rights as set forth in its Amended Complaint.
