ORDER Denying without prejudice 34 "Amended Request for Miscellaneous Relief." The court has made a significant effort to validate the alternate process suggested at Docket No. 34 for plaintiffs to obtain the unclaimed funds without the need for an order authorizing counsel to sign any claim or documents on behalf of the court. In this process, it secured the assistance of the Clerk's Office, Finance Department. However, because the motion at Docket No. 34 failed to include a specific name and contact information of the person at the State of Alabama Office of State Treasury Unclaimed Property Division, the court's efforts have been fruitless.
