MINUTE ORDER: On September 9, 2026, the Court issued an order barring the Plaintiff from filing additional motions unless he is directed to do so by the Court or requests permission from the Court. The Plaintiff has since filed a 32 Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Evidence. It is not clear that anything in that submission is relevant to the Defendants 12 , 24 , 29 Motions to Dismiss. But the Court will GRANT the 32 Motion and consider the Plaintiffs submission in deciding the Defendants' 12 , 24 , 29 Motions. The Plaintiff has also filed a 33 Motion to Amend. The Court cannot decipher the relief sought and DENIES the motion. The Court reminds the Plaintiff that he may not file additional motions unless he is directed to do so by the Court or requests permission from the Court. The Court also reminds the Plaintiff of his obligation to respond to the pending motions to dismiss, which all challenge service. The Court previously stayed the Plaintiff's obligation to respond to the 12 Motion to Dismiss and gave him time to correct any issues with service. The Plaintiff took no steps to do so, instead filing a 26 Memorandum in Opposition to the 12 Motion to Dismiss. The Plaintiff remains under an obligation to respond to the 24 Motion to Dismiss by October 8, 2026, and the 29 Motion to Dismiss by October 9, 2026. To the extent the Plaintiff wishes to correct any issues with service, he must do so by October 19, 2026. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this action without further notice.
