PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Expedited Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Defendants' Motion for Disqualification (DE 256 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Plaintiffs request that the deadline to respond to the Motion for Disqualification (DE 255 ) be extended from August 21, 2026 to August 24, 2026. Upon review of the Motion and the record, and for good cause shown, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (DE 256 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall file a response to the Motion for Disqualification (DE 255 ) on or before August 24, 2026.
