TEXT ORDER: AND NOW, this 11th day of September, 2026, upon consideration of the Motion to Amend Initial Scheduling Order filed by plaintiff with the consent of the defendants, ECF No. 37 , it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and, accordingly, the Court enters the following Amended Scheduling Order in the above-captioned matter: 1. The parties shall complete fact discovery, including any ESI discovery, by September 25, 2026. All interrogatories, depositions and requests for admissions and/or production of documents shall be served within sufficient time to allow responses to be completed prior to the close of discovery. 2. The telephonic post-fact discovery status conference scheduled for September 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. is CANCELLED and RESCHEDULED for October 13, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Parties are directed to contact the court on its conference line by using the telephone instructions filed at ECF No. 15 , at the scheduled time.
