Oral or Text-Only Order
TEXT-ONLY ORDER: Upon review of the docket and pursuant to LCvR 16.1(d), the Court does not consider the issues joined in this case. Accordingly, the parties are advised that the Court will issue a case management order after the Court rules on the pending Motion to Dismiss and the issues are joined. Upon resolution of the Motion to Dismiss, the Court will allow the parties 14 days to file a joint supplemental CIAC. If the parties do not submit a supplemental CIAC, the Court will enter a scheduling order without further input from the parties. Consistent with the Local Rules, the Court expects in the future the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve areas of disagreement before bringing matters to the Court's attention. So Ordered. Entered by District Judge Matthew E. Orso on 8/4/26. (clc)
