MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the Defendants' 7 Motion to Dismiss, in which the Defendants report that they have now issued the visa at issue in this case. This case therefore appears to be moot and appropriate for dismissal under Rule 12(b)(1). However, the Defendants report that the Plaintiff has not yet indicated a position on the Motion to Dismiss. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Plaintiff shall file a notice on or before September 11, 2026, stating whether the Plaintiff will oppose the Defendants' Motion.
