ORDER granting 37 Defendant's Motion to Continue the Settlement Conference. The Settlement Conference set for 7/16/2026 is RESCHEDULED for 8/26/2026 beginning at 9:00 AM at the U.S. Courthouse in Scranton - Courtroom 5 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Sean A. Camoni. No later than 5:00 p.m. on 7/16/2026, the Defendant will propose dates, none of which shall be later than 8/14/2026, to the Plaintiff on which Defendant can conduct the requested site inspection described in its motion, and Plaintiff shall reply within two business days to confirm a date or propose new dates. The Defendant shall conduct the site visit no later than 8/14/2026. The settlement conference will proceed on the rescheduled date of 8/26/2026, even if Defendant fails to propose dates or to conduct the site inspection as ordered.
