MINUTES OF Mandatory Scheduling Conference held before Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr. The Court heard from the parties about the contents of their joint Rule 26(f) report. The parties are ordered to complete their exchange of initial disclosures by 7/17/2026. A case management order will be issued separately.Defendants are ordered to produce, no later than 5:00 PM 7/13/2026, a copy of Officer Zabin's body worn camera video from the incident. The parties shall file a joint statement no later than 12:00 PM July 17, summarizing the contents of the video. The Court sets a Status Conference on 7/24/2026 08:30 AM before Judge Stanley Blumenfeld Jr. Defendants shall provide a copy of the video to the Court at the status conference.
