English stated that "each party acknowledged my concern that the parties were in need of additional information in order to have a productive formal session.... [E]ach party has agreed to provide additional information to the other." Accordingly, the following deadlines are updated: All fact discovery is to be completed by 8/7/2024. Initial Expert Disclosures due 8/15/2024; Rebuttal Expert Disclosures due 8/29/2024. The last date to file any expert discovery motion is 9/6/2024, and responses to such motions are due no later than seven (7) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions.
