Report and Recommendation
REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. IT IS THEREFORE RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's motion to extend the deadline to amend his complaint (ECF No. 89 ) be granted in part and denied in part. It is recommended that the motion be denied in part as to Plaintiff's request to extend the deadline to add claims for excessive force in violation of the United States and Nevada Constitutions, false imprisonment in violation of the United States Constitution, and violation of free speech guaranteed by the Nevada Constitution against the existing Defendants. It is recommended that the motion be granted in all other respects.
IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's motion to amend (ECF No. 88 ) be granted in part and denied in part.
