Entry Following Final Pretrial Conference
ENTRY FOLLOWING FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE - This matter was before the Court for a final pretrial conference on June 24, 2026, held at the Indianapolis Courthouse. The one or two day bench trial of this matter is scheduled to commence on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Birch Bayh Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 46 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, Courtroom #344. The parties are to provide two (2) flash drives containing electronic copies of their exhibits to the Courtroom Deputy Clerk by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026. The Court directed the parties to file any stipulations no later than July 6, 2026. The Courtroom Deputy Clerk will offer training on the VEPS system on Friday, July 17, 2026. The bench trial is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 20, 2026, in the Indianapolis Courthouse, Courtroom #344.
