ORDER: Granting 32 "Corrected Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis." The court notes and accepts plaintiffs explanation for the incorrect figure at Docket No. 28. The court also notes that plaintiff and his spouse have a combined monthly income of $2,643 versus average monthly expenses of $2,406.00. The inclusion of the $400 filing fee in the expenses was improper insofar as it is not a recurring monthly expense. Nonetheless, the court judges that having less than $240 left over per month is a sufficiently precarious situation so as to merit in forma pauperis status.
