ORDER: Pursuant to the parties' email and Local Rule 16-4(f), the Court directs the parties to select a mediator from the Courts list of mediators and work with the mediator to agree to a time, place, and duration of the mediation. If the parties are unable to agree on a mediator within 14 days of this order, each party will submit a list of three acceptable mediators to the Court.
