TEXT ORDER: As per today's Telephone Status Conference, on or before 7/8/26, defense counsel shall submit a letter, confirming the date of the third-party witness deposition, which shall be completed by 7/30/26. The parties shall complete expert discovery consistent with the deadlines set forth in the Court's 2/20/26 Amended Scheduling Order (ECF No. 59). The Court will conduct an in- person Settlement Conference on 8/18/26 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 2B. All parties, party representatives, and/or insurance claims adjusters with ACTUAL AND FULL settlement authority are required to attend.
