ORDER granting 34 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The deadline for plaintiffs to exchange their expert report is 9/22/2026; the deadline for the completion of expert discovery is 10/1/2026.There shall be no further extensions of discovery deadlines. The Court will hold a Settlement Conference on 10/27/2026 at 11:00 AM in Courtroom 830, Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse, 100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, N.Y. 11722. All parties with settlement authority shall appear in person for the conference. The parties are directed to follow Judge Dunst's Individual Practice Rules, which are available on the Court's website. At least seven days before the Settlement Conference, the parties shall submit to chambers by email (dunst_chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov) ex parte settlement letters outlining the information required in Judge Dunst's Individual Practice Rule V.C.
