TEXT ORDER: The Sealed Letter Order, D.E. 172 , resolves the contention dispute between Supernus and Appco, D.E. 149 , 150 . The Letter Order DENIES Appco's request to compel Supernus to amend its Infringement Contentions, GRANTS Appco's alternative request to amend its own Non-Infringement Contentions, and gives Supernus thirty days to serve Amended Infringement Contentions if Supernus so chooses. Appco would then have fourteen days after receiving Supernus's amended contentions to lodge an objection with the Court. The Clerk's Office has mailed copies of the Sealed Letter Order to Supernus and Appco only. The parties shall provide the Court with proposed redactions to the Letter Order within 7 days via email to ADS_Orders@njd.uscourts.gov. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Alex D. Silagi on 9/29/2026.
