MINUTES IN CHAMBERS-COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson. Accordingly, the Court declines to retain jurisdiction following dismissal. The Court is prepared to approve the parties' Stipulation and dismiss this action without prejudice, provided that the provisions purporting to retain jurisdiction are removed. Unless the parties file an objection by September 11, 2026, the Court will enter an order on September 12, 2026, approving the Stipulation without those provisions, dismissing the action without prejudice, denying any pending motions as moot, and vacating all remaining dates.
