STIPULATION AND ORDER TO AMEND COMPLAINT: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff and Defendants, through their undersigned counsel, that Plaintiff may file the First Amended Complaint. IT IS FURTHER HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that Defendants' counsel accepts service of the First Amended Complaint on behalf of Tim Hannan; IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Defendants, including Tim Hannan, shall have 30 days from the filing of the First Amended Complaint to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the First Amended Complaint. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Defendants' consent to the filing of the First Amended Complaint does not waive, and expressly preserves, any rights, claims, defenses, or objections Defendants may have with respect to the First Amended Complaint, except as to service of same.
