The undersigned RECOMMENDS that TransUnion's motion to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint [Doc. 32] be GRANTED, that GSFA's motion to dismiss [Doc. 43] be GRANTED, and that Experian's motion to dismiss [Doc. 68] be GRANTED. The undersigned FURTHER RECOMMENDS that Plaintiff's claims against GSFA be DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and that she not be permitted to reassert those claims. Finally, it is FURTHER RECOMMENDED that her claims against the TransUnion and Experian be DISMISSED without prejudice and that she be given ONE FINAL OPPORTUNITY to replead her claims against these defendants by filing an amended complaint within fourteen (14) days of the Courts entry of an order ruling on the motions to dismiss.
