MINUTE entry before the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman: Telephonic hearing held on May 2, 2024. Citation respondents Brooke Crawford and Linda Drake did not appear on the hearing. Plaintiff's counsel represented to the Court that neither Ms. Crawford nor Ms. Drake appeared as directed in the Order issued April 22, 2024 36 but have tendered partial payment of the judgment (with a remaining balance exceeding approximately $1.7 million). This matter is continued to a telephonic hearing on May 23, 2024 at 9:15 a.m. to consider whether to issue body attachments. Counsel for plaintiff is directed to continue notifying Ms. Crawford and Ms. Drake of all orders entered by the Court and the call-in information. Counsel of record and other essential case participants will receive an email prior to the start of the hearing with instructions to join the hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court.
