ELECTRONIC ORDER: In light of the District Judge's Memorandum Opinion and Order, Doc. 159 , and pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(d)(3), the Court resets the deadlines for compliance with the sanctions imposed in the undersigned Magistrate Judge's discovery order, Doc. 148 , as follows:
Plaintiff shall pay Defendant $610.00, through its counsel of record, no later than August 6, 2026. Plaintiff shall also appear for her deposition at a mutually agreeable date, time, and place on or before August 13, 2026. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the deposition shall be conducted by videoconference beginning at 9:00 a.m. CST on August 13, 2026.
