PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike New Evidence and Argument Improperly Raised for the First Time in Defendant's Reply Brief (the "Motion to Strike"). ECF No. 106 . In the Motion to Strike, Plaintiffs assert that the Reply in Support of Defendant Minerven's Motion for Relief from Final Default Judgment (the "Reply"), ECF No. 104 , includes an affidavit from Minerven's in-house counsel (Exhibit 1 to the Reply) that attaches over 500 pages of exhibits, all of which predate the filing of its initial motion but nonetheless were raised for the first time in the Reply. Accordingly, Defendant Minerven is hereby ORDERED to show cause in writing by no later than August 5, 2026 as to why Exhibit 1 and the exhibits attached thereto should not be stricken from the record.
