Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER. On consent, and for good cause shown in their filings at ECF No. 31 and 32 , the Court grants the joint motion for extension of time to complete discovery at ECF No. 32 . The parties must serve rebuttal expert reports on or before 10/2/2026. A joint status report must be filed by 10/16/2026. Expert discovery closes 11/6/2026; by the same date, the parties must file a joint status letter certifying the close of all discovery. Dispositive motion practice must be commenced on or before 12/4/2026, in accordance with the Individual Rules of the District Judge. If the parties do not commence dispositive motion practice, they must file a proposed joint pre-trial order on or before 1/4/2027, in accordance with the Individual Rules of the District Judge.
The joint motion for extension of time to complete discovery at ECF No. 31 is found as moot. The parties should not expect further extensions to this schedule absent extraordinary circumstances.
