As to the Parties' Dispute No. 1, for good cause shown, Plaintiff's request to extend pretrial deadlines by twelve months is GRANTED. Accordingly, pretrial deadlines are hereby extended in this case as follows: Service of Written Discovery: April 23, 2027; Fact Discovery Cut-off: June 8, 2027; Affirmative Expert Disclosure Deadline: July 8, 2027; Rebuttal Expert Disclosure Deadline: September 8, 2027; Deadline for Motions to Exclude Expert Testimony pursuant to Fed. R. Evid. 702: October 8, 2027; Expert Discovery Cut-off: February 8, 2028; Class Certification Motion Deadline: March 8, 2028; and Dispositive Motions Deadline: May 8, 2028.
The Final Pretrial Conference currently set for August 10, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. is hereby RESET for August 10, 2028, at 10:00 a.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy P. O'Hara in Courtroom C-402, on the fourth floor of the Byron G. Rogers United States Courthouse at 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado.
