NOTICE OF APPEARANCE by Jon Michael Reid on behalf of Pioneer Bancorp, Inc., Pioneer Bank (Reid, Jon)
Order on Letter Request
TEXT ORDER denying 451 Letter Request: The Court is in receipt of defendant Pioneer's August 17, 2026 letter request for an in-person settlement conference before this Court [Dkt. no. 451]. On August 18, 2026 the Court received responsive letters from plaintiffs Southwestern Payroll and Granite Solutions [Dkt. no. 452] and from Intervenor-Plaintiff NatPay [Dkt. no 453]. Those responsive letters oppose the plaintiff's request for an in-person settlement conference before this Court. It is hereby ORDERED that the plaintiff's request for an in-person settlement conference before this Court is DENIED at this time. This Court will Not schedule a settlement conference unless the Court is notified that all parties consent to a settlement conference. If the parties would like to have a settlement conference with an outside mediator, or the assigned Magistrate Judge, U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul J. Evangelista, that would also be perfectly acceptable. Signed by U.S. District Judge Mae A. D'Agostino on 08/19/2026. (ban)
