TEXT ORDER: The parties failed to file a joint status letter in advance of the August 18, 2026 status conference. While the fact discovery deadline in this action is still relatively far away, on February 26, 2027, the status letters the Court requires helps the Court track the parties' progress and reduces the heavy administrative burden on the Court of doing so. On or before August 31, 2026, the parties shall file a detailed letter stating the status of discovery to date. The Court will schedule the next teleconference after reviewing that letter.
