ORDER granting 15 Consent Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. A joint status letter must be filed on or before 10/9/2026. Fact discovery closes 10/23/2026.
If the parties engage in expert discovery, initial expert disclosures must be served by 10/23/2026, initial expert reports by 12/23/2026, and rebuttal expert reports by 2/8/2027. Expert discovery closes on 3/25/2027. By the same date, the parties must file a joint letter certifying the close of all discovery. Dispositive motion practice must commence on or before 4/27/2027, or the proposed JPTO must be filed on or before 5/25/2027, in accordance with the assigned judge's individual rules.
The parties have informed the Court they do not wish to pursue mediation through the Court-annexed mediation program at this time, but may wish to do so in the future. ECF No. 15 . The parties may request a referral to the program at any time by filing a joint request on ECF.
