ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Harsak shall make immediate and proper service of the petition for writ of habeas corpus (Doc. 1 ), his motion (Doc. 2 ), and this Order on Respondents. Respondents shall not transfer Harsak without further order of this Court. Respondents shall file their response to Harsak's petition on or before TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2026. Harsak shall file his traverse on or before TUESDAY, JULY 28, 2026.
