(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS (DKT. 78 ) AND STAYING CASE PENDING APPEAL by Judge Michelle Williams Court. For the foregoing reasons, the Court ORDERS as follows: Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Proceedings (Dkt. # 78) is GRANTED. All deadlines in this case are STAYED pending the outcome of Defendants appeal to the Federal Circuit, except the parties' May 7, 2027, mediation deadline. The parties are ORDERED to comply with this mediation deadline notwithstanding the entry of a stay (Dkt. # 59 at 3; Dkt. # 60 ). The parties are further ORDERED to submit Joint Status Reports on this case regarding mediation efforts, the state of Defendants appeal, and any other pertinent issues to the status of this case every ninety (90) days after the issuance of this Order. Within ten (10) days after the Federal Circuit renders its decision, the parties are ORDERED to submit (1) a Joint Status Update notifying the Court about the result of the appeal and the remaining issues left in this case; (2) the status of the parties mediation efforts; and (3) a proposed Amended Civil Trial Order containing relevant, remaining deadlines.
