Scheduling Order
ORDER: The parties' 26 request for an extension of the discovery deadlines is granted. Accordingly, the Court sets the following deadlines:
Fact discovery shall be completed by September 14, 2026.
The parties shall make simultaneous Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures on October 13, 2026; any rebuttal expert shall be disclosed by November 13, 2026.
The deadline for any party to take the first step in dispositive motion practice shall be December 14, 2026.
The adjournment of the above deadlines does not affect the settlement conference scheduled for August 18, 2026. If the parties also seek an adjournment of that conference, they shall file a separate letter motion and propose three or more dates convenient for all parties. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Clay H.
