OPINION & ORDER re: 121 MOTION to Compel Moshe Gold, individually and as principal of the Judgment Debtor Businesses to comply with a Subpoena, Supplemental Demands and Other Relief . filed by Bank of America, N.A., 124 MO TION to Compel nonparties Raizy Gold and Joel Gold to comply with subpoenas . filed by Bank of America, N.A. For the reasons set forth above, BoA's Motions are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows: 1. BoA's request to compel Moshe to further respond to the Requests is DENIED. 2. BoA's request for leave to redepose Moshe is DENIED. 3. BoA's request to compel Raizy and Joel to comply with the Raizy and Joel Subpoenas, respectively is GRANTED. a. By Septe mber 11, 2026, BoA shall serve a copy of this Order on Raizy and Joel by mail and file proof of service on the docket. b. Within fourteen days of service of this Order, Raizy and Joel shall each contact BoA's counsel to set a schedule for appe aring for their depositions. Raizy and Joel are further "warned that failure to comply with" this Order "may result in sanctions and civil contempt being imposed[.]" Blue Citi LLC v. 5Barz Int'l Inc., No. 16 Civ. 9027 (VEC) , 2019 WL 10890126, at *2 (S.D.N.Y. Feb. 6, 2019). c. By October 16, 2026, BoA shall file a letter updating the Court as to the status of Raizy and Joel's compliance with this Order.
