Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File
ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' status report 96 , advising the Court of the status of settlement discussions as to two remaining Defendants, Kremers-Urban and Rowell, and requesting an additional 30 days to finalize the settlements with these Defendants and to provide the Court with a further status update. In light of the parties' representations that settlements in principle have been reached as to these remaining two Defendants, the request is granted, on consent. By 10/30/2026, the parties are directed to file stipulations of dismissal or a joint status report advising the Court of the status of settlement discussions and any additional case updates. Plaintiff is also directed to provide a notice of voluntary dismissal or an update as to the status of Defendant Dart Industries, Inc., by 10/30/2026.
