   TEXT ORDER - This matter comes before the Court upon the pre-motion letter filed by Defendant Veolia Water New Jersey, Inc. and Borough of Allendalre ("Defendants") regarding its proposed motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1) and (6). (ECF No. 14 16 .) Having read the submissions of the parties, including Plaintiff Kris van der Leeuw and Laura van der Leeuw response (ECF No. 15 ), the Court does not believe that a pre-motion conference would be productive at this time. Therefore, Defendant may proceed by filing their proposed motion.    TEXT ORDER-- The Court has reviewed the parties' discovery dispute letters filed on July 31, 2026 and August 3, 2026, respectively. (ECF Nos. 22 , 23 ). The parties are expected to engage in further meet-and-confers either in-person or via virtual meetings, and NOT by email, concerning any outstanding discovery, and shall be prepared to address any unresolved issues at the settlement conference on August 19, 2026 should the case not resolve. All document productions from both sides shall be completed by August 12, 2026. The Court notes that if Defendants did indeed notice the deposition of Plaintiffs' Counsel, that would appear to be inappropriate, and the Court will not allow such a deposition to proceed absent Defendants' Counsel showing cause before this Court justifying such a deposition. Finally, all counsel are expected to interact in a professional manner. The back and forth between counsel as to basic discovery issues as reflected in the two letters fails to demonstrate same.
