ORDER: On 8/13/2026, Defendant submitted what it represented to be a "joint" letter seeking to extend upcoming deadlines. DE 19 at 1. As a result of this "joint" request, the Court approved the extension requests. See 8/14/2026 Order. Now, one week later, Plaintiff has submitted his own letter claiming that the 8/13/2026 joint letter was inaccurate due to Defendant's alleged statements regarding supposed deficiencies in ESI searches, and that Defendant may have filed the letter over Plaintiff's objections. See DE 20 at 1-2. Any relief requested in Plaintiff's unilateral letter (DE 20 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to comply with the undersigned's Individual Practice Rule IV.D, which requires that discovery disputes be raised in a joint letter to the Court. It is hereby ORDERED that (1) the parties meet and confer by telephone, videoconference, or in person (not by email) regarding the issues identified in DE 20 , and (2) the parties shall submit a joint letter to the Court by 8/31/2026 addressing those issues. Finally, the parties are reminded of their obligations to each other and to the Court. See Individual Practice Rule I.B.2 ("Consistent with representing the interests of their clients, attorneys of record are expected to act professionally and cooperate with each other in all phases of discovery and be courteous in their dealings with each [] other. See Local Civil Rule 26.4. Furthermore, '[a]s officers of the court, all attorneys conducting discovery owe the court a heightened duty of candor.' New Falls Corp. v.
