Order on Motion to Stay
ORDER - Plaintiff has moved to stay the deadline for her response to the motion to dismiss pending resolution of her motion to strike. (Doc. 26 .) Defendants were required to meet and confer prior to filing their motion to dismiss the amended complaint. (Doc. 5 at 4.) But for reasons of judicial efficiency, the court will resolve the motion to dismiss and motion to strike at the same time. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Deadline (Doc. 26 ) is DENIED. Plaintiff's response to the motion to dismiss and Defendants' response to the motion to strike remain due by the deadlines prescribed by rule. Ordered by Judge Krissa M Lanham on 6/22/2026.
