TEXT ORDER: Because the Court has specifically urged the parties to exercise diligence to complete expert discovery on the revised timetable that replaced the schedule the Court Ordered on January 30, 2026 [D.E. 64], Defendant's September 30, 2026 request for a 14-day extension of the deadline to serve its expert report is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part. That expert report shall be served on or before October 12, 2026, a six-day extension of the prior October 6 deadline. The parties shall continue to exercise diligence to complete expert discovery on the current schedule. No further modifications will be granted absent emergent circumstances. Finally, the Court observes that the stay of this action previously ordered to permit the parties' mediation efforts was never formally lifted. The Clerk of Court shall lift that stay and this action shall proceed in the normal course on the active calendar. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Andre M. Espinosa on October 1, 2026. (ame)
